The Governor's Scholars Program Foundation exists for one purpose: to support the Governor's Scholars Program (GSP). As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation raises and stewards private funding that helps sustain and strengthen the GSP's mission of serving Kentucky's most talented students.
From the beginning, the GSP was built on a unique partnership between state government and private supporters, including corporations, foundations, organizations, alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends. This shared commitment has helped make the GSP one of Kentucky's most respected educational programs.
Today, the Foundation continues to build on that legacy by expanding support and helping ensure the long-term success of the GSP for generations to come.
